IFCA is currently looking for 2-4 ROCKSTAR INSIDE SALES SPECIALISTS who want to join a rapidly growing company in the RAPIDLY expanding online fitness coaching industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of this role is to have value-based conversations with prospects that convert to booked calls with our closers
NOTE: This is a FULL-TIME INSIDE SALES/outbound remote position. Our team is located all over the US and Canada.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...
You will be responsible for having value-based conversations via inbound leads, Instagram, Facebook, and other nuture channels to book calls for our closers.
• Starting Value-Based Conversations: You will be responsible for starting conversations via message or phone calls through different lead channels.
• Nurturing: You must track your pipeline of people who do not enroll on the first call, and continue routine follow-ups with them to nurture them until they are ready to join.
• Attending Meetings & Collaborating in Slack: You must attend a Daily Huddle from 9:00-10:00 AM EST and be available in Slack from 9-5 EST M-F.

• You have previous (successful) B2B/high ticket sales experience.
• You can provide high-quality references.
• BONUS: If you are familiar with and/or sold to our market before (online fitness business coaching and/or online fitness coaching sales).

OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES...
• 30-Day Targets:
1. Learn all internal processes and service offerings to be effective in the position.
2. Shadow successful closers and begin to self-prospect.
3. Begin taking calls.
• KPI:
1. 60 booked calls (sets) per month.
2. 12 closed sets per month.
QUALIFICATIONS...
Successful experience with B2B sales and an understanding of our market is preferred, but not required.
Living by our company culture is required.
Regardless of experience, if you're a perfect culture fit and you're both driven and hungry to excel at a career in high ticket sales, we want to talk to you.
Additional requirements include:
• Efficient with Instagram, Facebook, Zoom, and general social media platforms
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Willing to give and receive feedback to/from team members.
• Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one's own time.
